Aelius stands behind its products with a robust 5-year warranty, although Aelius LED lights often surpass this duration with proper care. Our warranty program is the result of rigorous testing, including L90 and Q90 reports, exceeding the minimum requirements for listing on the Design Lights Consortium (DLC). Aelius LED will repair or replace defective fixtures within the warranty period with no questions asked. Commercial projects are provided with spare fixtures at the time of purchase to provide allowance for any warranty claims without disruption of cultivation.

Aelius is dedicated to guiding growers through the transition from HPS/CMH to LEDs, acknowledging the steep learning curve involved. Aelius LED offers support to mitigate this learning curve, and for large-scale operations, we work with numerous consultants to provide additional guidance to growers.
